The Terre di Corillo farming operation was launched in 1996 as an idealistic project of land restoration around the Masseria Corillo fortified agricultural complex, in the Galatone area in the province of Lecce.
Sustained afforestation and land reclamation led to the restoration of agricultural activity in fertile fields that had up to that time remained in a state of total abandonment and to the return to nature over 40 hectares of Mediterranean scrub.
Passion, sustainability, and biodiversity are the engines that guide the ethical development of Terre di Corillo, today a far-sighted agriturism that, in its cultivation of olive groves, vineyards, orange groves, legacy grains, and honeys, offers organic, sustainable, and authentic products.
