In 2001, we chose organic agriculture in order to pursue and achieve the objectives of sustainability that we had set for ourselves.
Preserving biodiversity has become an ever more-urgent necessity for us, and it has made it possible for us to gain more expertise in the area of sustainable agricultural practices.
